Bookings
Every lesson that has ever touched your account, filterable by status.
What this page shows
The Bookings page lists every appointment on your account. Use the filters at the top to narrow by status (for example, upcoming versus past), by payment status, or by date range.
Booking statuses you will see
- Confirmed — the student paid and the lesson is in your diary.
- Provisional — the booking is paid but waiting for your approval. This only happens when auto-confirm is off.
- Completed — the lesson took place and was marked done.
- Cancelled — the booking was cancelled before the lesson, either by you or by the student.
Provisional bookings
Provisional bookings have their own attention area. When auto-confirm is off, paid bookings land here for you to accept or decline. The student is shown the same refund terms either way.
