What this page shows
The calendar is a week view of every appointment on your account, colour-coded so you can pick out an EDT lesson from a standard lesson at a glance. Each tile is tappable for the full booking details.
Two layers of availability
- Recurring availability — the weekly pattern you set in Settings → Availability. That pattern is what the storefront uses to offer slots to your students.
- One-off blocks — days or hours you mark unavailable from the calendar itself. Blocks override the recurring rules. Use them for holidays, personal appointments, anything that breaks the normal week.
Editing an appointment
Open an appointment from the calendar to see the student, the lesson type, the pickup location, the payment status, and any notes. From the same view you can reschedule, cancel, or mark the lesson complete.
