1. YourADI intellectual property

All software, code, algorithms, site design, text, graphics, interfaces, and the overall “look and feel” of the YourADI platform are the exclusive property of YourADI Limited. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks (including the “YourADI.ie” and “YourADI” name and logo) may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform strictly in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Unauthorised use of our trademarks, logos, or brand assets may result in legal action.

2. User-generated content & uploads

The YourADI platform allows driving instructors to upload content, including text and images for their public storefronts, as well as internal files such as vehicle documentation, qualifications, or other digital records.

• Ownership: Instructors retain full ownership of any original intellectual property they upload to the platform.
• Licence Granted to Us: By uploading content for your public storefront, you grant YourADI a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content strictly for the purpose of operating your booking page or functionality on the platform.
• Instructor Responsibility: Instructors are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload any text, images, or documents (e.g., PDF books, training materials) to the platform.
• Hosting Provider Status: YourADI Limited acts as a hosting provider for user-generated content and does not actively monitor all content uploaded to the platform. Consistent with the EU E-Commerce Directive and applicable Irish law, we are not liable for user-uploaded content where we have no actual knowledge of unlawful activity. Upon becoming aware of potentially infringing or unlawful material, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to it.

3. Right to remove content

YourADI Limited reserves the right to remove, restrict, or disable access to any user-generated content, and to suspend or terminate the associated account, at its sole discretion, including where we reasonably believe such content:

• Infringes intellectual property rights of a third party;
• Violates applicable law or our Terms of Service;
• Poses a safety, legal, or reputational risk to YourADI Limited, our users, or the public.

We may take such action with or without prior notice where proportionate and lawful.

4. Copyright infringement & takedown notices

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe an instructor or user on the YourADI platform is unlawfully displaying your copyrighted work (such as a stolen logo, image, or proprietary text), please submit a formal takedown notice.

Your notice must include:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. The exact URL or location on our platform where the material is located.
3. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information provided in the notice is accurate.
6. A statement that you are the copyright owner, or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
7. Your physical or electronic signature.

We may forward valid notices to the user responsible for the allegedly infringing content. Misuse of this process (including submission of materially false notices) may itself expose the sender to liability.

5. Anti-scraping and unauthorised access

The data hosted on YourADI — including (without limitation) the instructor directory, pricing, availability calendars, and platform architecture — is proprietary to YourADI Limited and/or its users.

• You may not access or use our platform, whether manually or via automated means (including bots, scrapers, spiders, or data-mining tools), for the purpose of extracting data to build competing services, replicate our business model, generate independent directories, or otherwise exploit our data commercially, in each case without our prior written authorisation.
• You may not use content obtained from the platform to train machine-learning or AI models without our prior written authorisation.
• Any unauthorised access, extraction, or programmatic use of our public or private endpoints constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate IP bans, account termination, and legal action.

6. Open source acknowledgements

YourADI Limited believes in the power of the open-source software community. Our enterprise platform is built utilising several robust open-source technologies, including React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. We acknowledge and thank the developers of these projects. All open-source components used within our software remain under their respective licences (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0).

Use of our platform does not grant you any rights to access, modify, or redistribute the underlying YourADI source code, except where explicitly permitted under the applicable open-source licences attached to specific components.

7. Governing law

This Copyright & IP notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, which govern permitted use of the platform, and our Privacy Policy.
