Per-student communications tab
Every reminder, confirmation and receipt sent to one student.
What this tab shows
The Comms tab is the per-student communication log. Every booking confirmation, reminder, cancellation notice and review request the platform sent to this student is listed here, with the channel it went out on (email, SMS or WhatsApp) and whether it was delivered.
When this is useful
If a student claims they were not reminded, this tab is the receipt. You can see exactly when each message went out and on which channel — useful when a no-show appeal lands on your desk.
