Communications settings

The three reminder channels and their on / off switches.

The three channels

  • Email — always on. Booking confirmations, reminders, receipts and review requests all go out by email at no extra cost, included with your subscription.
  • SMS — opt-in toggle. When on, reminders are also sent as text messages. Billed per message sent.
  • WhatsApp — opt-in toggle. When on, reminders are also sent inside WhatsApp. Billed per message sent.

Review requests

Automated review requests are configured in the same page with their own channel selection. The same cost model applies: email is free, SMS and WhatsApp are billed per message sent if you choose them.

Test sends

For each channel you have on, send a test message to your own phone or inbox so you know exactly what the student will receive.
