Messages
Receipts for everything the platform has emailed, texted or WhatsApp'd a student on your behalf.
What this page shows
The Messages page is a chronological log of every message sent from your account — booking confirmations, cancellations, lesson reminders, receipts, review requests. Each row shows the recipient, the channel (email, SMS or WhatsApp), the subject or body summary, and the delivery status.
Why this is useful
Two reasons. First, you can prove a reminder went out (and on which channel) if a student claims they were never reminded. Second, if a delivery failed for a particular student you can see it here and contact them in another way.
