Per-student billing tab
Every payment, refund and credit movement for one student.
What this tab shows
The Billing tab inside a student record lists every payment this student has made to you, every refund issued, and any credit balance they carry on their account. It is the per-student equivalent of the main Billing dashboard.
Credit balances
If your cancellation policy is set to lesson-credit mode, cancelled lessons add to the student's credit balance. That balance is shown on this tab and is automatically applied the next time the student books with you.
