The audit trail for every gift voucher sold from your storefront.
What this page shows
The Vouchers page lists every gift voucher sold against your account. For each voucher you can see the purchaser, the recipient, the amount it was bought for, its remaining balance, the status and the expiry date.
The redemption ledger
Open an individual voucher to see the full ledger: every booking that used the voucher and how much was drawn down. A voucher carries a balance, so a single voucher can be split across several lessons.
For schools
Voucher sales are at the school level, not the individual instructor level. The owner and managers see the school-wide view.
