What this page is for

Most questions about a specific lesson, booking or refund are best handled by contacting your instructor directly — they own your lesson schedule and your cancellation terms.

The Support page is for issues you cannot resolve with your instructor: something not working in the portal itself, a billing problem on the platform side, or a general question about YourADI. Fill in the form and the team gets back to you by email.
