Onboarding (Get-Started checklist)

The interactive checklist that walks every new instructor through the setup.

The seven items

  1. Catalogue — add the lesson types you sell.
  2. Availability — set your recurring weekly pattern.
  3. Cancellation policy — choose between lesson credit and card refunds, and set your notice window.
  4. Storefront — pick your slug, upload a photo, write a bio, and publish.
  5. Subscription — confirm your YourADI plan.
  6. Connect payouts — connect your bank account for card-payment payouts.
  7. Share your link — share your storefront link. Ticks automatically the first time someone books.

How the checklist ticks

Each step reads its "done" status from real account state. Add a lesson to your catalogue and the catalogue step ticks; publish your storefront and the storefront step ticks. You do not have to tell the checklist anything; it watches for you.

For staff in a school

Staff instructors invited into an existing school account do not see this checklist. The school owner already set up the shared resources on the team's behalf.
