Is YourADI just for car driving instructors?

No. YourADI is built for every Irish ADI — car, motorbike, bus, truck and specialist categories including ESDS. EDT (the 12-lesson car syllabus) and IBT (the motorbike syllabus) come pre-built. Any other category can build its own training programme on the platform.

How do payments actually work?

Every lesson is paid for upfront via Stripe when the student books. Funds land in your connected Stripe account on Stripe's usual payout schedule. YourADI takes no cut of the lesson price. Our €0.50 platform booking fee is added on top of the lesson price and paid by the student. Stripe's own card-processing fees apply to every transaction (standard EU/Irish rates) and are deducted by Stripe before the payout reaches your bank.

What happens when a student cancels?

You set the cancellation window (for example, 24 hours). Inside the window, students are directed to contact you — no surprise self-service refunds. Outside the window, the platform refunds them automatically or restores a bundle credit.

Do I need a mobile app?

No. YourADI is mobile-optimised web — it works on any phone browser. Manage bookings, notes and messages between lessons without an app install or app-store updates.

I run a driving school with several instructors. How does billing work?

One subscription for the school at €20 per instructor per month. Add or remove instructors in a click as your business grows. All bookings go through one Stripe account for the school, which simplifies payroll, tax and reconciliation.

What happens to a student's records if an instructor leaves?

For schools, all student records, appointments, lesson notes and progress stay with the school — not with the departing instructor. You deactivate their account, reassign their students, and the history is intact.

What exactly is the Special Offer?

€20 per instructor per month, locked at that rate for five full years from the day you sign up. Is there a free trial?

Yes — you can set up your booking page, add your availability and your first students before you take a paid lesson. You only start your subscription when you're ready to take bookings live. Talk to us if you'd like a longer on-boarding.
